Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Thank you for your recent purchase from Iron and Ink Clothing! If you have a product you would like to return or exchange, we’d love to help! Please read the following guidelines then please submit a request to the email address listed below.

Returns

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. Please remember that all sale items are final. You must email customer service within 30-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Only items purchased at Ironandinkfitness.com can be returned. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to IIF Please include a detailed note indicating if this is a return or exchange, your order number and contact information to expedite a response. Thank you!

Sale Items

***We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items or products purchased online, at expos or special/exclusive events. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.***
Additionally, we occasionally like to thank our loyal customers by offering flash sales. In the case of a store sale, we do not price match. Therefore, if you purchased an item at full price before a sale occurs, we unfortunately will not be able to refund you the difference.

Damaged Shipment

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. USPS updates orders once they arrive at their processing center from our warehouse so please check with them for updates once we’ve shipped it using the tracking number you receive via email.

Shipments outside of the US

When ordering, you’re responsible for ensuring the product can be imported to the destination country as the recipient. As the importer of record on your order, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. If you are outside of the USA, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country that you will have to pay for once the shipment reaches you. These additional charges for customs clearances must be paid by the recipient of the order. We at Iron and Ink Fitness have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. As policies range from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information. Many times the delays in international shipments are due to the customs clearance process.
All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase (this includes defects and mis-packed products). We will not process any returns outside of this time. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Contact jeff@ironandinkclothing.com for all returns or exchanges.

Coupon Code Restrictions

  • Coupon codes do not apply to wholesale accounts.
  • Coupon codes cannot be combined. Limit one coupon code per transaction.
  • Coupon codes can exclude certain products and brands at Iron & Ink Fitness’ discretion.
  • Coupon codes may require a minimum order that does not include taxes, shipping and handling charges or similar charges.
  • Coupon codes need to be redeemed during check out.
